Fish Creek Farm offers a full time horse trainer on staff. Our trainer has an excellent reputation throughout the Pacific Northwest Region and currently has students competing in Trail Riding, Western Pleasure, Hunter, Dressage and Endurance. She welcomes students of all ages and sizes. We have put together a strong Amateur Program that is designed to help the Amateur excel in whatever discipline they wish to pursue with their horses. About Our Trainer  Our outgoing and friendly horse trainer, Dory Jackson,
has over 20 years of experience in training and schooling horses and
riders. She offers training and lessons in the following disciplines:
Halter, Western Pleasure, Hunter and Dressage. Her clients have excelled
at the local level as well as the Regional and National levels. Besides
being involved with the show horses and clients, Dory has competed both
nationally and internationally in endurance riding and is currently an
active member of AERC,
PNER,
IAHA,
USDF, AHSA and
USET.
Training Rates Full Time Training $275 This includes training 5 days a week for the horse and one lesson per week with the owner. Part Time Training $175 This includes training 2 days a week for the horse and one lesson per week with the owner. Individual Lessons $20 A 45 minute lesson with horse and rider. Group Lessons $15/person A 45 minute lesson with a 3 horse maximum. |
